Detailed description
Our annealed steel wire pick-ups are manufactured in France, at our Couëron site (44).
This product is compatible with all semi-automatic presses and enables presses to be fed continuously, with minimum downtime.
We adapt the diameter of the wire (2 to 3.9 mm), the weight of the reel (25* or 40 kg) and the finish (oiled or unoiled) according to demand.
Black annealed steel wire is robust and strong enough to hold bales of waste securely. It resists tension well thanks to its elasticity and mechanical strength.
On request, we can make pick-ups from class B galvanised steel wire.
Dimensions of a 40 kg pick-up:
-320 mm wide
-height 150 mm
-inside diameter: 210 mm
*Pick-ups weighing 25 kg make handling easier for operators.
Packaging
Our rosettes for automatic balers are available in weights ranging from +/- 500 kg to +/- 1T. They are delivered on shrink-wrapped pallets.
