Detailed description
Annealed steel wire is an essential part of the packaging and waste management process. It ensures safety and ease of use when storing and transporting bales.
At Lambert Manufil, we offer steel wire specially designed to meet this need. The wire is robust and has good strength to hold the bales of waste securely.
Wound in our Couëron plant (44), the 500 kg to 1T rosettes enable a continuous supply of steel wire to the automatic presses, minimising production stoppages. The rosette is always unwound from the top of the reel.
We can adapt the diameter of the wire (2.7 to 5mm) and offer oiled or unoiled versions of our rosettes to suit your specific needs.
Lambert Manufil can also meet your special requirements by supplying rosettes in clear steel wire.
Packaging
Our rosettes for automatic balers are available in weights ranging from +/- 500 kg to +/- 1T. They are delivered on shrink-wrapped pallets.
