We create unique and robust steel wire parts for our customers. Steel wire is bent, shaped and sometimes welded to create bespoke 2D structures. Our facilities enable us to make parts with wire up to 8mm in diameter.

Mild low-carbon drawn steel, galvanised on annealing

- Rm / mm2 = 400 to 55 N/mm2
- Elongation = 30-35%
Mild low-carbon drawn steel, bright galvanised
- Ø tolerance: +0, -0.05mm
- Rm / mm2 = 650 to 750 N/mm2
- Elongation = 3-5%

Detailed description
All our wire parts are designed and produced in France, at our factory in Couëron (44).
Our parts are made to measure and in a wide variety of shapes: square or rectangular frames, circles and hooks, grids, various shapes, closed or not.
The wire is bent or shaped into the desired form (2D) using folding or forming techniques.
Clear, annealed, galvanised, notched or twisted, all types of steel wire are processed, and our facilities can produce parts with steel wire up to 8 mm in diameter.
We work on all types of metal bending projects, even small production runs.

Our steel formed parts can be used to manufacture a wide range of vehicle components: radiator grilles, cable supports, seat components and other automotive components.
