Detailed description
Our straightened and cut bars are manufactured in France, at our site in Couëron (44). Once the steel has been drawn, our straightening and cutting workshop enables us to offer made-to-measure bars, up to a maximum length of 6m.
We adapt the diameter and finish of the steel wire to your requirements.
Depending on its purpose and use, we can supply :
– smooth, twisted, notched or grooved steel wire,
– steel wire lightened (bright) or soaped, annealed, bright galvanised,
– steel wire with a straight-cut or chamfered finish at both ends
– Ø 6 and 7 mm aluminium wire.
For each of these finishes, the steel wire is suitable for welding and bending.
Packaging
The cut straightened bar is packaged in +/- 25 kg bundles. This steel wire is also available in +/-1000 kg bundles or on pallets.

Galvanising
Our cut straightened bar of annealed steel wire is used in hot-dip galvanising processes to suspend metal parts in the molten zinc bath.
Joinery
