Detailed description
Our steel bale ties are manufactured in France, at our Couëron site (44).
Made from annealed steel, the ties are designed to be strong, durable and compatible with all balers. We can tailor the ties to your requirements in terms of length (3.8 to 6 m), diameter (1.8 to 4 mm) and finish (1 loop).
The loop refers to the part of the tie that is used to create a tie around bales of compacted waste. It can be formed by passing one end of the tie through the other, creating a secure loop.
This step is essential to ensure that the bales are securely bound with the tie and remain compact and do not disperse during transport or storage.
Packaging
Cut straightened links in annealed steel are packaged in +/- 25kg bundles, with a maximum of 20 bundles on a shrink-wrapped pallet.
